I'm Chef John Arslanian, I currently teach Intro to culinary arts and advance cooking here at CLHS. I current own and operate Fresh & bangin' Eatery and C & E creamery here in Lakeport Ca. I have been a profession Chef now for 12 years. I started my culinary career at Le cordon Bleu in Pasadena CA. I graduated with high honors and top of my class. While attending Culinary School I was the president of the organic club and leadership. While attending school I worked all over the LA area. After graduating I stage at Ink restaurant in LA and ended up landing a job at Wolfgang Puck Catering LA live.
